Anas Sarwar hits back at Humza Yousaf with a perfect jibe about 'winning elections.'

AT FMQs this week things were getting heated between the two party leaders when The First Minister started bragging about winning elections, saying: 'I remind him that I have won elections to this Parliament and that, in fact, the seat that I represent was held by a Labour MSP until I won it, so I will not take lectures from Anas Sarwar about how to win an election.'

Mr Sarwar replied: 'The people of Scotland have had only one opportunity to pass judgment on Humza Yousaf as First Minister, and that was the Rutherglen and Hamilton West by-election, when there was a 20 per cent swing to Labour, and Labour got double the vote that the Scottish National Party got. Come the next general election, I will give the First Minister lessons on how to win an election.'
