Minimalismo digital: por qué ya no uso WhatsApp
Hoy hablo sobre minimalismo digital, y por qué ya no utilizo WhatsApp ni recomiendo estas redes sociales. Os doy mi perspectiva sobre sus consecuencias en nuestra salud mental, la de adolescentes y adultos, y os propongo una hoja de ruta para desconectar.
