Happy Valentine's Day! Let's get HEART HEALTHY with this fun, non-stop LOW IMPACT CARDIO workout! We're keeping it moderately paced, which is perfect for heart health, weight loss and cardiovascular endurance.

With no jumping, these barefoot exercises are knee friendly and quiet enough for your downstairs neighbors. But don't worry, we're still working up a serious sweat and burning 450 calories with just under an hour of ALL cardio exercise.

NO equipment, NO jumping, NO repeating exercises, SOME transitions to the ground

SET UP:
Interval timer is set for 1-minute (low impact exercises) and 30 seconds (walking or marching in place)
