Welcome back to another video my name is Matt and I help people overcome retroactive jealousy in this video i'm going to talk to you about how you can take your life back this is a very very big key for me when I was suffering um very harshly from retroactive jealousy i felt like um my life was i mean like I was chained up right that there was nowhere to go the retroactive jealousy just had a hold of me had a hold of my life and every situation where I was and I couldn't breathe it felt like I couldn't have fun I couldn't laugh I couldn't you know just enjoy life just love anything because retroactive jealousy had such a big control over my life but once I realized you know almost just almost a click of my mind that you know what this is my life this is my life i'm not gonna let this thing take over i'm not gonna let this thing control me anymore the minute I flip that switch in my head i started to take my life back so i'll kind of share with you the mindset that I went through um what I experienced and how I was able to overcome retroactive jealousy just by simply kind of turning that switch in my mind and reminding myself that this is my life it doesn't belong to anybody else it doesn't belong to retroactive jealousy it belongs to me now before we get started though if you could take a quick moment and smash the like button on this video that will activate youtube's algorithm and that'll help get this video out to more people that really need to see it i'd greatly greatly appreciate it and i'm so excited to announce it is a brand new month and what's so awesome about the month of april is this month we are celebrating one year on youtube one year so yes one year ago in april actually was towards the end of april almost may but still in april um is when I started um posting consistently about retroactive jealousy I had posted like a video or two kind of a couple months before then and then kind of stopped because i wasn't really sure but this is april is when things really started to take off i started posting consistently started uh gaining a lot of subscribers started creating courses doing different types of content um the facebook group things like that um and things have just really taken off from there um which is great you know and and what's so significant about like this this channel and things like that is most you know most other youtube channels and things like that depending on what um you know the niche is when someone comes and finds the channel they usually subscribe and they usually stay and they become a lifelong follower you know subscriber here it's a little bit different because people are coming to get help with retroactive jealousy to overcome retroactive jealousy of course so a lot of the people that started coming you know when I first started posting back in april 2020 are not with us anymore right because they came they got the information they needed they put it to good use they overcame retroactive jealousy and now they're out you know so a lot of new newer folks have come in and filtering in and out and this and that so i'm very unique dynamic to this channel but um you know if you're somebody that has been watching for for a while now I appreciate all the support if you're someone new of course have just come again just as important the support um to keep this channel growing and I hope you've been able to learn some um tips and techniques and being able to feel at least a little bit of relief in your journey and overcoming retroactive jealousy it's absolutely possible for you to do so anyway to celebrate one year here on youtube got a couple really awesome things going on firstly um my coaching program of whatsapp coaching 30 days of unlimited coaching with me...
