In this video, I’ll walk you through 3 simple, joint-friendly exercises designed to help:
✅ Reduce the feeling of being hunched over
✅ Improve upper back and shoulder support
✅ Make it easier to stand and move more upright
✅ Build strength that supports posture (not just cues)
These exercises are especially helpful if you feel rounded forward during daily activities, you’ve been told to “just stand up straight” and it hasn’t helped, you want posture exercises that feel practical and doable and/or you’re dealing with stiffness, weakness, or fatigue in the upper body 👀
