WHAT I EAT IN A DAY: 1200 CALORIES | MEGAN COLLINS
Hello guys!
It’s been a hot minute since I have uploaded but I’m back into the swing of things now!
*DISCLAIMER: this video may be a trigger to some. I will be discussing food & counting calories*
Today’s video is a “What I eat in a day” whilst counting calories. I have wanted to lose weight for a while now - throughout my life I have been on and off of “diets” which has never resulted in weight loss for me and would always last only a couple of days.
I wanted to find a way to eat foods that I enjoy as well not completely restricting myself, but also having more of an idea of what is in what I am eating and taking more control of it!
I use the app “Calorie Counter” to track my food. I find this is a huge help in keeping me on track as it allows me to see the macros for everything I eat and shows me how many calories I have consumed and how many I have left for the day.
The main thing with calorie counting I have found is that I can eat whatever I want as long as it fits within my daily calorie allowance- I find this gives me much more freedom and makes meal time so much more exciting!
