Hello my darlings and welcome to another video. This is my what I eat in a day to lose weight video. The calories and macros have been advised by a trained professional and I would suggest consulting with a professional before and during any diets or training to ensure you are being healthy and still providing your body with sufficient fuels.

In this video I will show you just one day of what I eat, I do try to have a varied diet but tend to stick with chicken, fish, fruit and veg, with the odd treat here and there. I typically eat around 1500 calories a day, 150g carbs, 110g protein and 50g fat. I also train at the gym 4 days a week doing heavy compound lifting.
