1500 CALORIE DIET // What I Eat in a Day to Lose Weight (No BS)

Hey guys, it's Meela, back with an honest, no-bs day of eating at a caloric deficit (1500 calorie diet). After I shared my 85 pound weight loss transformation with you in my last video, a few of you asked to see what I eat in a day to lose weight. In this video, I'll show you my meals and snacks, explain how I set my calorie and macro goals for weight loss, and give you a glimpse into my account on the app I use to track my 1,500 calorie-a-day diet (myfitnesspal). All of the meals in this video are low calorie and could be helpful if you're trying to lose weight. I hope you get the diet plan / meal plan inspiration you need from this one! I'll also share a few recipes along the way (like my protein, overnight oats, avocado toast, and lemon chicken soup).
