WHAT I EAT IN A DAY | CALORIE COUNTING | MEGAN
Hey guys!
Today’s video is another what I eat in a day video.
- I filmed this video BEFORE any form of lockdown in the UK, hence why I was out in my car, at work & visiting the shops -
DISCLAIMER: * I will be talking about food and tracking calories, if this is in anyway harmful to you, then please do not watch this video*
This way of eating is what works for me and I understand that for some, this would not be the appropriate amount of calories. I have worked out the amount I want to be eating by finding out how many calories I’d need to eat in order to be in a calorie deficit which is worked out based on my age, gender, height and current weight. Each persons body is different, meaning our diets and requirements should also be individual.
This video is in no way telling you what you should be eating, how much you should be eating or to track calories as I am aware, this can be harmful to some. This video is for those that are aware of the effects that this could have and have already tried and tested this way of eating and know whether or not it is harmful to themselves. I personally have been doing this for a while and know that this does work for me and I am consuming enough food for my body.
This does not mean that there aren’t days that I allow myself to go ‘off track’ as such because I am ensuring that I do not get stuck in a trap of becoming obsessive over what I am eating.
