1990 Fire Fly Starting with a prime bulb fuel pump is dead

I needed to move my other 1990 Fire fly, but the fuel lines ripped off in a field run, so I connected a fuel tank with a prime bulb to the throttle body, I then squeeze the bulb while running the engine, this is an easy way to move a car that has a bad fuel pump or rotten lines.
