#13 3D Game Programming Tutorial: Game Render Context

First key element we're making is a basic but highly expandable render pipeline for our game. The first step in that task is the game render context, which bridges the gap between the high-level rendering commands the game will want to issue (e.g. "Draw the player") and the low-level rendering commands the graphics are actually based on.
