5 min FULL BODY WARMUP & STRETCH | warm up exercises before workout | no jumping & at home

Do this 5 min warmup before your workout! This quick 5 minute full body no jumping warmup and stretch routine is perfect to do before your workouts! These warm up exercises will help warmup your body and get you ready for any type of workout. It combines both stretching and warmup exercises!
