Equipment: Hand Weights, Sturdy four-point chair
We’re going to do some new exercises today. We’ll start with a warmup, then work on mobility and balance of our core, upper, and lower body. We will end with a nice cool down.
Please remember to be safe during your exercise. You can do all the exercises seated or standing. Modify the exercises to your own abilities but challenge yourself if you can. Please be sure to stay hydrated.
