Equipment: Hand Weights
Today’s focus is a upper body, lower body, and cardio. We’ll start with a warmup. We will go into resistance then cardio, repeating that twice. We will end with a nice cool down.
Please remember to be safe during your exercise. You can do all the exercises seated or standing. Modify the exercises to your own abilities but challenge yourself if you can. Please be sure to stay hydrated.
