Guests Benjamin Fogel and Wangui Kimari can't offer a roadmap to this question but point to the need to build power in order to address the inequality in the distribution of resources and power, a foundation of cross-class mobilization to go beyond the vacuous politics of anti-corruption and that we will need to break the cycle of diminishing expectations where we no longer expect anything from the state but corruption.
