Equipment: hand weights, sturdy four-point chair
We will begin with warmup, mobility, then exercises for 1-minute intervals, then we will end with a nice cool down.
Please remember to be safe during your exercise. You can do all the exercises seated or standing. Modify the exercises to your own abilities but challenge yourself if you can. Please be sure to stay hydrated.
