This EVSE is a combo charger for home and travel. It allows to adjust the amperage to keep breakers from tripping and take advantage of many different outlets (adapters required) while on a road trip. It also has a timer so you can take advantage of low electricity rates later at night without having to remember to get up and start charging. Pair it with your wi-fi and it can be controlled via a smart home app, so you can access your charger from anywhere.
This charger has a J1772 and works with all EV's that have a J1772 plug, but it also works with Teslas, just use the adapter that came with your Tesla.
The EV charger plugs into a NEMA 14-50 outlet, or others with adapters(not supplied), and can charge at up 7.6kW / 32 Amps.
There is a display on the charger that makes it easy to see Voltage, kW, kWh, timer etc.
