‘The inflation challenge is real’: Labor plans to show ‘fiscal discipline’

Assistant Treasurer and Financial Services Minister Stephen Jones says “the inflation challenge is real”.

Mr Jones told Sky News Australia that the government must do its bit on keeping “a lid on inflation”.

“That includes the fiscal discipline that we have shown.

“And we will continue to show.

“But we’re not immune to what’s coming at us from around the world.”
