Chest Training Tips to Get the most out of your Pectoral Training:

1. Hit the upper, mid, and lower chest in every workout

2. Focus on your mind-muscle connection and don't be an EGO LIFTER

3. Start with a compound movement towards the start of your chest workout like barbell incline bench press or db. bench press, then move to the shapers to hit every section of your chest.

4. Change up your chest workout so your body doesn't get used to the demand

5. Train Chest 2-3x per week if it is a lagging muscle group for you, but make sure to rest at least 48 hours between workouts!
