▶︎The lower chest is one of the hardest areas to develop for a lot of guys for 2 huge reasons:

1. Most guys never have a chiseled "lower chest line" because their body-fat levels are too high. This video does NOT cover fat loss techniques but a good place to start is knowing your fat loss calories.

2. Most chest workouts put zero emphasis on developing the lower chest, and are predominantly hitting the middle and upper chest fibers.

▶︎In this video I want to share with you my 5 favorite lower chest exercises to develop perfect pecs. You can combine all of these exercises for a complete lower chest workout.

5 FORGOTTEN LOWER CHEST EXERCISES (SHOWN IN VIDEO)

EXERCISE 1 - STANDING PUSHDOWNS
For Faster Results: Try a “mirror rep drop set” which means 10 reps until failure,
Drop weight 30% and do another 10 reps until failure.

EXERCISE 2 - LYING PUSH-OUT PRESS
For Faster Results: Try a “t:30” set which means 30 seconds time under tension, focusing
On squeezing the muscle throughout every single rep.

EXERCISE 3 - STANDING X-PRESS
For Faster Results: Try a “t:30” set which means 30 seconds time under tension, focusing
On squeezing the muscle throughout every single rep.

EXERCISE 4 - ISO HIGH TO LOW CABLE FLY
