» wide stance leg press (10x5 supersetted with...)
» narrow stance leg press (10x5)
» dumbbell RDLs (10x4 supersetted with...))
» goblet squats (10x4)
» b stance barbell hip thrusts (8 per side x 4 supersetted with...)
» bb hip thrusts (10x4)
» barbell reverse lunges (8 per leg x 4)

THURSDAY *full body bootcamp

FRIDAY *pull day*
» pull-ups (AMRAP for warmup)
» 3 rows to squat clean (warmup)
» sumo deadlifts (5x5x185lbs)
» lat pulldowns (10x4)
» low cable row (10x4)
