Yoga For Period Cramps
Here are some yoga poses that i find really helpful with cramping, aches and pains.
I tend to feel a very heavy dull ache in my lower back, belly and thighs and sometimes burning on my lower body. Using a yoga block really helps to support me when my period is really unbearable.
