10 Min Restorative Yoga For Anxiety & Stress - BREATHE BETTER!

This quick 10 minute restorative yoga class will help to open up the chest through one of my favorite heart opening restorative yoga poses utilizing 3 yoga blocks and 1 bolster. if you don't have a bolster you can use a tightly rolled comforter and if you don't have blocks you can simply stack books or use a large couch cushion under the head and arms making sure that both the comforter and couch cushion are level.
