1 pack of your favorite sausage
4 pieces of bacon
1 small onion
1 medium bell pepper
Onion powder (to taste)
Garlic powder( to taste)
Black pepper (to taste)
Salt (to taste)
Red pepper flakes ( to taste)
1/2 cup of Low Sodium chicken
