Ingredients:
2 cups of Self Rising Cornmeal
1/2 cup of All Purpose Flour
2 cups of Buttermilk
2 eggs
2 Tablespoons of Vegetable Oil
Preheat oven to 400 degrees and cook for 45 mins. Recipe can be easily doubled.
