Cheese making in the Swiss Alps, Raclette cheese at the Alpage du Tronc

A little clarification on the making of this video after so many comments:

I am not the one making the cheese here. I made an appointment with the Alpage to visit them and witness the traditional mountain way of cheese making. I felt privileged to be able to witness a very old tradition and of course, the fingernail were a surprising discovery to me too. Yet, this is not KRAFT making aseptic and tasteless paste some people dare to call cheese. It's just the way it's done in this farming mountain rural area.

But don't worry, this cheese will never reach shelves beyond 100 miles radius from the place as it will be eaten by locals. And just so you know, it was a very delicious raclette! ;)
