Delicious Bradet smoked cheese made on a Romanian local farm from the Bradulet commune. The Brădet stretched-curd cheese is a medium-hard stretched-curd cheese that originated in this area around 1900. Savu Mădălina and Savu Constantin from the village of Galeșu take us through the process of cheesemaking from milking the cow to smoking cheese inside a smokehouse.
