Set up Time In Lieu in Xero

In this video we show you how to set up track and process time in lieu in Xero. Time off in lieu is when an employee works extra hours during a pay cycle and then instead of getting the extra pay (and the extra tax) in that pay, they opt to work less hours in a future pay cycle and get paid for the time in lieu instead.
Time in Lieu can also give the employee flexibility around taking time off in the future without having to use up annual leave.
