MYOB | Close a Financial Year

In MYOB you need to manually close and rollover a financial when the end of financial year passes.
You will notice this after a couple of years when you can no longer run reports for the current year. This is because MYOB only allows you to run reports for a couple years into the future from where the financial year is currently set.
However the proper process is to close the financial year each year when EOFY passes. Once you roll-over the financial year into a new financial year you will be able to run the reports that you need.

There are a few steps and things you have to be aware off when closing off a financial year in MYOB. In this video we show you what to look out for when rolling over the financial year.
