MYOB | What are all the different Tax codes used for?

In this video we look at the different tax codes that are available in MYOB and what they are used for.
Whenever you enter a transaction in MYOB you will need to enter the tax code. The common ones are GST, FRE, N-T. But there are many other codes that are used in different circumstances.
You will need to use a tax code whenever you do a Spend Money, Receive Money, Enter Sale, Enter Purchase or record a journal entry in MYOB.

Many of the tax codes in MYOB will become redundant if you are using the simplified GST reporting option. But if you are not using simplified GST reporting or you are not eligible to report that way, you will need to know what all of the tax codes in MYOB mean and when to use them correctly.
