Finally back on the slopes after 20 years!!
I haven't hit the slopes since I was 10 years old, when I lived in Canada, so when they said, shall we go.... I couldn't resist!

We picked up out skis, jumped on a gondola and was met with none of the views, but all of the excitement. Everyone barring sam had already fallen on day one.. some worse than others.
Which is where we lost Tom for a good 15-20 minutes until a random French guy came and said;
"I've just seen your friend, he's fallen over up there.. like this (assumes classic chalk outline pose).

Thankfully, Tom (AKA the tank engine) was fine!

Les 2 Alpes is a ski resort in the French department of Isère, Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes. The village sits at 1,650 m and lifts run to 3,600 m. It has the largest skiable glacier in Europe and is France's second oldest ski resort behind Chamonix.
