Boxing Training Motivation Edit | SFK Gym

One of two videos I shot for two young guys at the martial arts club - SFK Gym

I was asked to film them run through a warm up and training session before moving onto bags and pads... then we finished up with some sparring where things got a little more intense! The guys smashed the shoot and we made two great boxing motivation videos from it.
