An old video now, but I thought I would throw it up here as a little throwback. This is about a year old now and wanted to upload before I document all my comp prep starting this week! 2020 comp prep is underway!

This video was shot at the old sun gym in Beverley where a lot of my love and motivation for the gym just disappeared. The gym was left to dissolve and the equipment has been forgotten about entirely. I’m now (by the grace of god) training at Ultraflex in hull, one of the best gyms I have ever been to!
