UKDFBA Posing Seminar | Ultraflex Gym Rotherham | Road Trip

Kicking the video off with a little road trip down to Hitchin, where we had a posing UKDFBA posing seminar booked in with Levi Walker (WNBF Pro). Me and Jimmy did this, not only to have more posing experience, but to check out some of the competition that would maybe be against us. The session was held at Xchange-fitness in Hitchin, which was a pretty neat little gym with very accommodating staff (letting me into the back room to heat up my Tupperware meals).

Once the seminar was done, it was straight into the car to make a bee-line for Ultraflex Gym Rotherham. This gym is run by Kuba Cielen, a bodybuilder under the ranks of Jordan Peters (Trained by JP). We actually saw him training with AJ Morris, both of which were on prep for the season and AJ Morris is actually competing in bodybuilding at the UKDFBA.
