Crisis in the Caucasus: Nagorno-Karabakh

Dr Hratch Tchilingirian, a sociologist, is an Associate Faculty member of Oriental Studies at the University of Oxford, specialising in Middle Eastern and Armenian Studies, with a particular focus on identity politics, homeland-diaspora relations, and inter-ethnic conflicts. He has authored a number of books, lectured internationally, and has drawn attention to the plight of minority communities in the Middle East, especially in academic and policy-making circles.
