I Learnt Front Lever in 1Month!

This is my Front Lever Progress in 1 month.

I started Calisthenics about 2 - 3 years ago. I was able to do about 25 pull ups, hold back lever for a 3 seconds and do other different moves. So, I decided to try a front lever. In calisthenics it is pretty hard move. In the first time I began to train a front lever by holding a scapular pull ups to prepare my shoulders. Afterwards, I began my journey. My trainning consisted of attemts, doing progressions from tuck to full front lever and raising legs to front lever. And this is 30 days Front Lever challenge that you watch in the video
