Get ready to kill this home dumbbell leg workout with me…all you need is a pair of dumbbells! We’ll be hitting our quads, hamstrings, and glutes with this BEAST workout. Be sure to leave a comment down below and let me know how far you got!

Perform each exercise below for the designated # of repetitions
