Beef Foldover 牛肉卷饼

Pan-fried 𝗕𝗲𝗲𝗳 𝗙𝗼𝗹𝗱𝗼𝘃𝗲𝗿 is a delicious and easy-to-make wrap that consists of beef patty, tomato, red onion and coral lettuce. The wrap is cooked in a pan until crispy and golden brown. Here's a list of easy to find ingredients:-

Ingredients:-
Slice red onion 大红葱切片
Slice tomato 番茄切片
Coral lettuce 珊瑚生菜
Minced beef 牛肉碎– 400g
Wraps 饼卷– 4 pcs
Oil 油 – 2 tsp

Sauce:-
Mayonnaise美乃滋醬 – 3 tbsp
Pickle relish 腌黄瓜 – 1 tbsp
Wholegrain mustard芥末籽酱 – 1 tbsp
Chilli sauce 辣椒酱– 1 tbsp

Seasoning:-
Salt & Pepper盐和胡椒
