自制鲜香美味又热呼呼的 上汤蒸海鲜 | Steamed Seafood with broth | City Life Meal [Home cook]

Food plays an important role in Chinese New Year. Fish and prawns are the 'must-have' dishes on the Chinese New Year dinner menu. Fish in Chinese pronounce as "Yu", means surplus and fortune. Prawns in Cantonese pronounce as "Ha", sounds like laughter, represent happiness. Today we are making this 2 ingredients in 1 dish.

Ingredients:
Cooking oil 油 – 1 tsp
Ginger slice 姜片 – 2 pcs
Green onion white portion 白葱段 – 1 pc
Grouper fish 石斑鱼 – 600g
Prawns虾 – 6 pcs
Minced ginger 姜碎 – 50g
Minced garlic 蒜米– 60g
Bird's eye chili 指天椒 – 1 pc
Chopped green onion & coriander 青葱粒&芫荽

Broth:
Soy sauce 生抽 – 1 tbsp
Water 水 – 700ml
Oyster sauce 蚝油 – 1 tbsp
Maggi concentrated chicken stock 美极鲜鸡汁 – ½ tbsp
Fish sauce 鱼露 – 1 tbsp
Sugar 糖 – 1 tsp
Shao xing wine 绍兴酒 – 2 tbsp
