Bringing you another Korean fusion recipe - Bulgogi Beef Stew. Marinate beef with blended onion, garlic, pear, ginger juice, brown sugar and light soy sauce. You may add in shredded carrot and Korean glass noodle. For me, just keep it simple.
This is another great dish with steamed rice.
Recipe for 3-4 pax
===Ingredient for marinade===
Yellow onion 洋葱 – medium size
Cut into chunks 切块 – ½ pc
Sliced 切片 – ½ pc
Pear 梨 – ½ pc peeled
Garlic 蒜 – 2 cloves
Ground black pepper 黑胡椒 – 1 tsp
Brown sugar 黄糖 – 1 tbsp
Ginger juice 姜汁 – 1 tsp
Soy sauce 酱油 – 2 tbsp
Sesame oil 麻油 – 1 tbsp

===Other ingredients==
Beef steak 牛排 – 320g (slice thin)
Cooking oil 油 – 1 tbsp
Roasted sesame seed 芝麻 – ½ tbsp
Chopped spring onions 青葱
