this one pot meal prep is so easy to make you'll love the fact that its low calorie and high protein. All of this is made in one pot and can save you so much time in your meal prep while also saving you clean up efforts.
2 pound lean ground beef
1 Onion
1 tbsp minced garlic
2 tsp paprika
2 tsp italian seasnoing
Salt to taste
14 oz diced tomatoes undrained
8oz tomato sauce
1 ½ cup chicken broth /
6 oz cups barilla protein pasta penne
1 can black beans
Makes 5 low calorie meals at 384 calories
fat 7g
carbs 35g
protein 45g
