Hey Guys,

Welcome to the second week of Wellness Month! I hope everyone has had a great start to their week. The holidays are around the corner and to be honest it feels kinda strange in this period of time. We were planning to go to New York to see Max’s family but unfortunately due to covid we are not able to go! I miss my family a lot these days. Have you seen your family lately?

Well, something that always makes me feel better is a good sweat! Sami and I were excited to be training with Kevin at Dogpound. We wanted to create a workout you guys can follow along at home as well because WOW these workouts are heavy. It is so nice to switch it up sometimes and I am also excited to hear from you what type of workouts are your favorite.

My goal for this month is to feel stronger than I have ever been... especially my arms. I wanna be able to carry my heavy suitcases haha. What are your fitness goals for this upcoming month?
