20 MIN LOWER BODY MODEL WORKOUT | Tight Toned BOOTY, FOCUSING ON MY THIGHS, & FEELING THE ULTIMATE SUMMER LEG BURN w/ Dogpound & VS Model Trainer | Resistance Band Training | Sanne Vloet
Hey guys,
Curious to know if you have either watched or followed my fitness routines on Youtube or Instagram (@sannevloet)! Should I start doing regular fitness videos on my channel? What types of workouts do you want to see? This spring I decided to step outside my comfort zone and try new weight training workouts, advanced pilates & HOT yoga. I’ve been training with my trainer Rhys (@rjathayde) at Dogpound and we accidentally picked the hottest day of the summer to film.
So today is all about the legs and your lower body. These exercises specifically target your inner thighs, your booty, and legs. There is no equipment needed for the first portion, but try to find a resistance band you can use to finish the second part of the workout. Resistance bands are an essential for me when I’m trying to feel a little extra burn. They help you Strengthen, Lengthen, and Tone!
So I can’t wait to read what you guys think about this filming style and also what type of workouts you might want to see me try on the channel. I’ve been really enjoying my yoga time and it’s helped with my anxiety so much! I find it super relaxing to do a class in the morning so I’ll share a few pilates workouts with you guys soon! Anyone here go to pilates class?
