25 Minute Intense Glute Workout // 14 Day Fitness Challenge w/ Stephen Pasterino

Hi Guys!

How was your weekend? I have been shooting a lot of content and I'm heading out to Palm Springs for the night. The situation here in the U.S. is not getting better and on Monday L.A. County is going back into a lockdown :( How is it where you are living?

I guess we have all noticed how we wanna feel strong and healthy in these strange times so I called one of my good friends Stephen to do some workouts with Sami and me. We worked out together a lot in New York and have done several preparations for the Victoria Secret Fashion Show in the past. I am so excited to be able to share some of his workouts with you this week! Are you ready to work your glutes, inner thighs, and butt? We got you! If you don't have gliders at home, you can also use a towel or a t- shirt.
