**Grandma's Pumpkin Pie**

Mixing bowl

Stirring spoon

**Ingredients**
9-inch unbaked pie shell
1/2 teaspoon of salt
3/4 cups of sugar
1/4 teaspoon of ground nutmeg
1 teaspoon of ground cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon of ground ginger
1/4 teaspoon of ground cloves
15 ounces of canned 100% pure pumpkin
2 large eggs
12 oz can of Carnation evaporated milk
1 tablespoon of Heavy whipping cream
**Preparations**
1. Place a 9-inch deep dish pie shell onto a cookie sheet. Set aside.
2. Preheat oven to 425°F for 10-15 minutes.
**Instructions**
1. In the small bowl, add 1/2 teaspoon of salt, 3/4 cups of sugar, 1/4 teaspoon of ground nutmeg, 1 teaspoon of ground cinnamon, 1/2 teaspoon of ground ginger, and 1/4 teaspoon of ground cloves. Mix well. Set aside.
2. Beat 2 large eggs in a large mixing bowl. Stir in the pumpkin.
3. Add the dry mixture and stir well. Gradually stir in 1 tablespoon of Heavy whipping cream and a 12-oz can of Carnation evaporated milk, a little at a time, and mix until smooth.
4. Pour into a 9" deep dish pie shell.
5. After 10 minutes, reduce the temperature to 350°F and bake 1 hour and 30 minutes or until a knife inserted comes out clean. Let it cool for 1 hour before cutting the Pumpkin pie.
