**Grandma's Country Time Gummies**

**Utensils**

Cookie sheet
Parchment paper
3-quart saucepan
Stirring spoon, for the saucepan
Tablespoon, for stirring unflavored gelatin and cold water
Tablespoon, for stirring Lemonade Mix and water
2-cup glass measuring cup
4 cup plastic measuring cup
Medium bowl
2 Small bowls
2 Droppers, 1 for backup.
252 Mini square cavity Silicone molds

**Ingredients**

1 Cup of cold water
1-ounce box of Knox unflavored gelatin or 2 boxes for firmer gummies
1/4 Cup of Country Time Lemonade mix
2 Cups of water
Vegetable oil, for greasing the silicone molds, 4-5 tablespoons.

**Instructions**
1. Wash and dry the silicone molds. Put the molds on a cookie sheet. Using your hands, grease the insides and outsides of the molds with vegetable oil.
2. In a medium bowl, combine 1 cup of cold water and a 1-ounce box of unflavored gelatin or 2, stir, and set for 5 minutes to bloom.
3. In a 4-cup measuring cup, add 1/4 cup of Country Time Lemonade Mix and 2 cups of water, mix well. Set aside.
4. In a 3-quart saucepan, on medium-low heat, dissolve gelatin mixture until it is completely dissolved. Stir constantly. ***TIP: Little bubbles will arrive when gelatin is dissolved. Add the Country Time Lemonade Mixture and mix well.
5. Pour slowly into a large glass measuring cup. Hot! Be careful!
Pour and use a dropper to fill the mold cavities.
6. Refrigerate gummies for 30 minutes or until firm before removing them from the molds.
6. Once gummies are removed, place them on parchment paper and allow them to air dry. Coat Gummies in Country Time Lemonade Mix. Place in an airtight container. ***Store Gummies in a cool, dry place.

**Yields**
