The drive tribe is not shutting down, however, it's reducing work staff and strategizing its business this statement was the sentiments of Jeremy Clarkson he stated that the channel operations are going to be at a minimum due to the pandemic that has affected business globally. Richard Hammond will be the head of operations of the channel which means that it will cut down most of the talented staff members to sustain the business, I personally liked the drive channel and I will still keep watching as more content is coming I wish them best of luck as we all deal with this pandemic in our own way.
