美食台 | 中國最古老的方便面，距今2200年！

中國面食源遠流長，早在漢朝就有壹種為行軍而創的面條，堪稱中國最古老的方便面——合陽踅面。踅就是指“旋”，蕎麥和小麥混合的面糊，從內而外旋轉畫圈烙成大餅，切出的面條極耐儲存，沸水壹燙即可食用，就著大蒜咥上兩碗，這滋味嫽紮咧！
Chinese noodles boast a long history. As early as the Han Dynasty, there was a type of noodle invented for march and can be considered as the earliest instant noodle in China. It’s called Heyang Xuemian. ‘Xue’ means rotate. Mix buckwheat flour and wheat flour into a paste which is then spread from within in circles into a big pancake. The pancake is then chopped into noodles. Such noodles can be preserved for a long time and are eaten after boiled in hot water. Matched with garlic, the noodles taste so great!
