Law has been an object of philosophical reflections since the beginning of civilization. philosophy of law is concerned with investigation of nature of law, especially in its relation to human values, attitudes, practices and political communities. It articulates and defends propositions about law that are general and also abstract. These propositions have been true through different legal systems of all laws at all times. example of such fundamental philosophical questions may refer to foundations of morality; justice and rights; the nature of human actions and intention; the relations between social practices and values; and the nature of knowledge and truth etc. The philosophy of law is parochial in a sense. It helps not only in analysis but equally in organization of thought and building of systems.
