Since Fried Rice is SUCH a staple, everyday meal in Malaysia- one that we've been eating ALL our lives, I thought "hey wouldn't it be a great idea if Uncle Roger reviews a fellow Malaysian's fried rice recipe??"

And here we are! This is my version of a very Malaysian style Fried Rice with sambal belacan, anchovies, prawns, eggs and vegetables.
